Community first
We begin by listening. Our work should respond to local priorities, solve practical problems and support lasting benefit.
North Effect Aerial aims to serve and strengthen Canadian communities through practical capability, grounded service and dependable partnerships.
Our mission is to deliver safe, practical aerial services, training and partnerships that create lasting local value. We aim to help expand Canada’s drone industry while making its tools and opportunities more useful and accessible to the communities we serve.
We begin by listening. Our work should respond to local priorities, solve practical problems and support lasting benefit.
We want to expand participation in Canada’s drone industry through useful services, shared knowledge and skills development.
Training, community mapping and emergency-management readiness should leave communities with stronger local knowledge and capability.
We seek respectful, long-term relationships with First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities. We give specific attention to Call to Action 92—Business and Reconciliation—of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada. Its direction on meaningful consultation, respectful relationships, equitable access to jobs, training and education, sustainable community benefit and ongoing learning informs how we approach partnerships and community-led capacity building.
